*Position : SOC engineer/ Network Security Engineer*

*Location: Moorestown, NJ*

Work on Level Two Security Operations on Comcast Network Infrastructure.

As SOC engineer, you will have to demonstrate excellent understanding of Network Security Applications/Device and have a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all threats to IT Security. Since you will work in a team of people , you must exhibit good interpersonal skills. 

The goal is to preserve an environment where Comcast Network Infrastructure is secure and well-protected.

*Responsibilities*

· Design and implement changes on Network Security Devices like – Firewall, WebProxy, Routers, VPN concentrators etc.

· Work on issues(includes investigation and resolution) caused due to Network Security Devices

· Participate in troubleshooting sessions involving different stakeholders

· Attend operational meetings to discuss operational activities

· Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

· Create reports for management on Security Operations review

*Requirements*

· Proven experience as Network Security Engineer or similar position

· Experience using relevant technology and tools (e.g. firewall, Web proxy, IDS, IPS, Routers etc.)

· Excellent knowledge of Network security protocols and procedures on handling of Network security devices

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Should have the willingness to learn new tools/technologies in short span of time

· Specialization in Network security administration or similar field will be an asset
