Position Overview:

Senior Node.js Developer with proven success working in small, cross-functional teams. Experience contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, designing and maintaining enterprise scale applications. Writes well-designed, test-driven, efficient code, that delivers results that meet or exceed requirements. Prepares and produces releases of software components and participates in repaying “tech debt.”  Supports continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. A strong team player and decision-maker with highly developed verbal and written communications skills. Must enjoy mentoring, teaching and assisting other, less-technical team members to use and be proficient in GitHub, GitHub Desktop, Twitter Bootstrap framework, Markdown and simple coding. Other key characteristics should include quick learning, creativity and innovation, perseverance and a focus on delivering a superior User Experience and quantifiable results.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Education & Experience:

·         Bachelor's or Master’s degree in technology, computer programming or other engineering discipline

·         10+ years overall experience; 5+ years at a senior developer or architect level
