Job Description

This effort seeks to eliminate manual processes, the need to utilize legacy systems, and to standardize and centralize adult abuse data collection across the state for OAAPI and their program partners (Adult Protective Services, and Developmental Disabilities). This effort will support the CAM Project which is driven by the need to improve the safety of vulnerable citizens and to meet the requirements of HB4151 and SB1515.

Description 

·         Develops, publishes, and implements test plans.
·         Writes and maintains test automation.
·         Develops software quality assurance standards.
·         Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Ideal candidate would also have a bachelor's degree and at least four years or equivalent experience coding in C, C++, Java but these are not required.
·         Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
·         Familiar with Windows, UNIX and Solaris environments.
·         Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
·         Performs a variety of tasks.
·         A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
·         Responsible for leading and conducting user acceptance testing on a Salesforce (classic) platform.

MUST have extensive experience with Salesforce and Salesforce test automation.
·         Contractor will join a fast-paced, late stage project to develop and deploy a Salesforce.com-based application used to track abuse investigations for the State.
·         Contractor will be provided a User Acceptance Test plan. Contractor must develop a detailed plan with actions, owners, and dates needed to execute the plan.
·         Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the test catalog.
·         Contractor will facilitate and coordinate project staff as they develop test scripts and store them in the project’s JIRA instance.
·         Will assist project staff to perform testing and defect resolution.
·         Will educate project staff so that they can independently develop test scripts.
·         Will work with the DDI vendor to understand what areas of the system remain untested.
·         Will produce test coverage and pass/fail reports.

REQUIRED skills/experience:

·         Jira: advanced skills / minimum five years’ experience
·         Excel: advanced skills / minimum five years’ experience.
Documenting the test catalog and produce charts/graphs for test coverage and pass/fail reports
·         Visio: advanced skills / minimum five years’ experience
·         PowerPoint: advanced skills / minimum five years’ experience
·         Salesforce applications testing: expert skills / minimum eight years’ experience
·         Salesforce test automation: expert skills / minimum eight years’ experience
·         Excellent skills using MS Office (Outlook, Word)
·         Ability to educate, coach others (excellent communication skills, both verbal and written)
