Job Description:

Architecting:

# Provides technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, developing, and testing/debugging software applications to project schedule

# Designs functional/system integration tests and automation

# Provides architectural guidance to the development team

# Provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues

# Follows Agile SCRUM methodology for development of business functionality

Technical Skills:

# Extensive programming skills in J2EE, Core Java, Tomcat, JBoss, Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Angular JS, JSON, Jquery, Bootstrap, CSS, Jscript,

# Must have OpenSource experience.

# Strong presentation/white boarding skills; lead architecture discussions in front of business leaders and technically strong colleagues

# Strong knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration

# End to end understanding of software architecture, design, development and implementation

# Extensive hands-on experience with web-services and knowledge of SOA, web services standards, and other approaches to service-oriented integration

General Profile:

# Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience

# 10+ years of Enterprise level architecture experience in major financial service firms.

# Shares own expertise with others; will co-ordinate activities of others/the team

# Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
