Technical Project Manager with min. 4 years of relevant experience as project manager for large corporations implementing, upgrading Oracle EBS/ ERP.
Technical Skills:
• Strong and Hands-on in Oracle EBS RICE development across HRMS, FIN, SCM,CRM tracks
• Strong Experience in Custom Object Retrofitting for Oracle eBS Upgrades
• Very good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, Forms, Reports, Custom Hooks, Workflow, Shellscript development
• Must have experience in R12.0.6 to R12.1.6 Upgrades
• Should have worked in 3-4 Implementation, upgrade or Roll-out projects
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 customizations and extensions.
• Collaborate with other teams like DBA/Development team to get issues to logical conclusions
• worked on AOL, Alerts, Workflow and System Administration modules.
• Well Versed in RICE (Report, Interface, Conversion & Extension) and AIM's Documentation
• Having good in documentation like CV40/60 and MD 50/70 doc
• Participate and run meetings in multi-shore, multi-vendor engagements
• Experienced in implementing Config. Management, Defect, Change and Risk Management processes
Behavioral Skills:
• Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
• Should have very good communication, solution oriented mindset and self-driven
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
• Somebody who has at least 12+ years of work experience in as project manager
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
• Project Management certification will be added advantage
