*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *

- Candidate should have worked as a Scrum Master in large engagements
- Must have worked on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe )Environment
- Good experience in Scrum Ceremonies and worked on multiple sprints at a time in Scaled Agile Framework model (SAFe).
- Should have Led Scrum of Scrums (SOS) for teams working in Global locations.
- Should have been involved in Scrum of Scrums in enhancing the effectiveness of the application.
- Should be a Rally Expert. Should be able to generate metrics/reports, track user stories, tasks, defect tracking, progress of the sprint, tracking the Velocity and Capacity of the team by maintaining Burn Down and Burn up Charts.
- Report Sprint Burn-Down/Burn-up charts to Product Owners, Stake Holders for sprint progress
- Scrum Master Certification is highly desirable
- Good communications skills, result oriented, Go- getter
- Should be able to interface at all the level within client organization
- Should be able to remove impediments for the project and team seamlessly
- Should be able to hit the ground running on already established team.
