*Job Description:*
• Collaborating closely with business teams and technical teams and analyze the current process, use cases and the requirements; Visualize and propose an improved process and design the solution.
• Write business and technical requirements documents, logic diagrams, process flow charts and other documents using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Identify the potential performance latency areas in the application using tools like AppDynamics and JMeter and provide performance tuning recommendation or implementations. Review team deliverables and ensure the desired quality work product ensuring the reviews in GitHub, and tools like JUnit and Protractor.
• Tracking and prioritizing issues on a daily basis in Jira according to the business needs. Customize and configure the jobs, build management in Jenkins.
• Initiate testing procedures for all environments by enabling of the artifacts, test conditions and enable support for integration and quality assurance testing.
• Manage installation configuration and deployment changes in production and non-production environments and coordinate testing activities.
