Job Description

* Atleast 10-12 years of experience leading SAP migration

* Subject matter expertise in following areas

* Manage data migration & Development for SAP Implementation

* Data migration: Data model, Data verification, Loading tools (LSMW...)

* SAP ABAP (Solution design, RICEF Development)

* SAP functional knowledge in PP, MM, WM, QM, FICO

* Performance tuning and debugging

* Expertise in smart form, Adobe forms, label printing

* Familiar with Agile Project Implementation Methodologies

* Presentation, sales and communication skills to sell ideas on Top Management Level

* Able to work independently and escalate accordingly

* Able to lead and facilitate meetings towards an end result

* Creative thinking and able to challenge existing or historical grown situations & solutions

* Able to understand and resolve conflicts, partnering with business / functional finding win solutions
