Who are we looking for?

Resource to manage a critical project for developing an automation around provisioning for Unified Communications technology. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing scalable applications along with exposure to cloud management technologies.

Technical Skills:  

. APPIAN SKILLED RESOURCE : Please help us to get resources with the below mentioned skills sets: 

. Designing and developing process models using sail code, tempo forms, creating tempo reports, data stores, complex data types and other appian components. 

. Application enhancements built on Appian Communicate with client and onsite team, requirement gathering, status reporting.

. Deploying Application, Incident and change request management Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications designing and developing DB schema, views.

Process Skills: 

. Should have hands on experience in Production Support and Development work cycle

. Capable of developing software based as per project defined software process

. Develop and peer review of Design/Code(Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

. Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical
knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

. Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

. Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

. Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience in software development.

. Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
