Work with multiple technical teams to ensure the accuracy of documentation.
Additional pointers for System Architect
The candidate required would have experience in Integration and overall architecture upstream and downstream. Some of the possible areas could be :
- How time data gets moved into Workday for payroll
- How applicant data may flow from recruitment system to workday
- How payroll data may flow from Workday to their Financials GL system
Workday being HR system of records will have to feed new hires/termination/location data to all downstream systems

Additional pointers for System Architect
Even if workday is not there, it should have any other HCM applications – Oracle HCM cloud, Oracle EBS HR, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Success factor, ADP, any other. The project environment is the implementation of HCM systems (Workday) so architecture/integration experience in HCM is relevant and would be expected from systems Architect.
