The Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst will work collaboratively with business users to perform healthcare data analysis to provide answers to complex operational challenges.
5+ years’ experience in Healthcare Insurance together with 5+ years’ experience using SAS Enterprise Guide and/ or SAS Visual Analytics to develop reports and dashboards.
Individual is able to work independently to gather requirements from end users with various technical and business backgrounds; translate business requirements into analytic methods identifying data needs and delivery mechanisms; build analytic models to perform analysis for a wide range of requests to solve business problems; perform data discovery and data mining; analyze large datasets including eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, provider, and financial data; develop BI content (reports, dashboards, scorecards, analytic solutions); and present analytically complex results to end users in a manner that they can easily understand and act upon.
