Key responsibilities will include:

• Works collaboratively with all stakeholders and apply expertise in Informatica Power Center-Development, , Maintenance
• Design, develop, implement, troubleshoot, optimize, tune and assist and in validating ETL processes
• Debug or reverse engineer existing ETL process for any enhancements or incidents or tuning them to performance optimization.
• Work with dev team lead and business partners to clarify ETL requirements and business rules.
• Deployment and change management
• Maintenance, Operation, and Support
• Rapid turnaround on critical issues and delivery of fixes
• Review test plans based on system and validation requirements.
• Understand and support legacy solutions and reports wile migrating to a long term strategy.
• Excellent business and data analysis skills to identify and understand requirements, impacts, and gaps
• Provides accurate level of effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives.

Skills:

• MS SQL Server/Oracle (PL/SQL)
• Unix Scripting
• strong business and data analysis skills
• strong data warehousing knowledge – principals, concepts, considerations, structures
• good data and solution architectural skills
• Informatica Power Center
• strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) skills (including pivot tables in Excel)
• Control M or any scheduling tool
• Healthcare preferable
• experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
• experience leading offshore teams
