*Job Description*

• Detail application functional and technical knowledge

• Provide onsite/offshore project team coordination

• Understand requirements

• Test the requirements

• Conduct defect triage, participate in defect triage

• Provide inputs to the defect plan and resolution details

• Create leading practices, troubleshooting guides, implementation

• Guides and leverage lessons learned to tune existing processes

• Identify and escalate risks, if any

• Identify and escalate issues, if any

• Participate in customer meetings

• Finalizing project technical designs and lead technical discussions with Client and development team

• Submit weekly status reports to Client.
