Test Manager-Retail Banking Regulatory Reporting

Any experience in Banking Regulatory Reporting is a plus

Should have experience in large scale Data Aggregation & Transformation program

Should have good understanding of Retail Banking products and Account ownership

Should have handled large Testing teams in past

Roles & Responsibilities

-Analysis of functional specifications, business requirement documents, technical specifications.

- Preparation of Master Test plan and Test strategy of the release / projects and buy in from all stake holders.

- Coordination with Developers and other relevant teams/stakeholders.

-Leading the review activities in all phases of the life cycle. (Business requirement , Functional specification , Technical and design documents, risk analysis documents)

- Ownership if Risk assessment, risk analysis and mitigation.

- Preparation of pre-requisites for test execution on the test environments.

- Finalizing the scope of automation and ensuring the implementation of it.

- Test Closure and Preparation of Completion reports and Reviews.

- Support and coordination with Business users during UAT phase.

- Status reporting of the progress and the issues to all stake holders and higher management.
