o Understanding of SQL statements
o SAP job monitoring (SM37)
Expectations from the resource-
o Control-M job monitoring

§ Understanding of SAP AFS / Retail Processes
o Take action as per SOP
o Document the jobs (i.e. what does the job do, steps, predecessor/successor jobs, general failures/instructions to handle errors)
