Basic Qualifications
- 7-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies.
- 3 + years of experience working with the salesforce customer portal, web services, Apex, SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, SSIS Reports and Dashboards
- 3 + years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
- Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery and JSON
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them
- Experience with custom integration
- Experience with Salesforce Sites, API Calls
- Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation
- The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
- Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
- Experience with Data Integration, visualization and Data analytics products is a must
- In depth knowledge of relationships between data domains, including each data domain's key identifiers
- Read and interpret data models and file structure(s) of project databases
- Understanding of data domain specific standards and transformation concepts
- Exposure to ETL tools
- Ensures good working relationships with team members and customers.
- Powershell, .NET, C#, Java Script, Java, XML, HTML or PowerBuilder is a plus.
- Knowledge of different migration tools / apps – Apex Data Loader, DBAmp, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc., is desirable.
- Excellent domain knowledge on CRM Applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day development activities, and primarily focus on custom development tasks on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force.
- Create, develop and support SFDC custom solutions and integrations
- Provides necessary change and support documentation.
- Provide guidance on data extraction to ensure cleanliness of extracted data
- Ensures good working relationships with team members and customers.
- Works on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assists and manages customers through data Extract, Transform and Load processes
- Helping resolve data issues by performing data analysis and providing innovative solutions
- Consult with Software Developers to research and correctly interpret business requirements and technical specifications, with the current application version or future enhancements.
- Work with other areas, like QA, DBA and IT, for testing, verification and compliance, as needed.
Essential Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related studies
