Candidates MUST HAVE:

* lead experience -- preferably with both onshore and offshore development teams
* good full-stack, .NET development experience
* experience working with big data sets (100 million+ records)
* ability to speak Hindi is a HUGE PLUS
* exposure to machine learning a HUGE PLUS

Skills and Responsibilities:

Experienced Microsoft .NET Developer with heavy focus with database backends.

Primary experience in C# .NET

Proficiency in T-SQL, JSON and XML in an MS Server environment

Exposure to machine learning and a desire to work with Big Data Analytics

You like to mentor developers, but still like to get your hands dirty andcode.

You speak business as well as you speak development

Have worked with developing iOS apps in a Mac OS friendly environment

Are a creative problem-solver and can identify multiple possible solutions (good, better, best)

Give and receive feedback well

Create solutions that you are proud of, and that are easy for others to  understand

Constantly look for new ways to serve clients

Push the envelope, create reusable design patterns, and improve ‘best practices’

Stay calm under pressure, are organized, estimate work realistically and hit deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years in .NET development

5+ years in MS SQL Server environment

3+ years in .NET / database architecture

3+ years in a leadership position

experience in JavaScript libraries including Angular

Bachelor's Degree heavily preferred
