JVM Tuning Person

Assessment of current configuration and operational effectiveness Tuning of JVM parameters
o Memory
o Garbage collection algorithm and options
o IBM Aix specific settings
o Etc

· Ability to perform traces of JVM & code and analyze output to provide recommendations

· Ability to perform code profiling/tuning, with industry standard tools

· Knowledge of Tomcat tuning is a plus.
