This person would be supporting the labor scheduling software used for our stores, and soon for our supply chain division. They would be involved in the implementation of the new system(s). All third party systems would integrate with PeopleSoft HCM for time and labor and payroll, so experience
in PeopleSoft HCM is highly preferred, *especially time and labor. *
Coordinates with business users to assist with design, development, and support of the current scheduling and HCM systems
Leads sessions to gather requirements
Performs fit/gap analysis of requirements to current systems
Designs solutions to meet user requirements that minimize customization of existing software
Makes configuration decisions and completes prototypes
Writes and executes test cases
Provides functional documentation and testing results for all customized objects to the developer prior to migration
Validates any converted or integrated data between systems
Track action items and decision in relation to the assigned systems
Track issues and provide experience and guidance for resolving issues
Provides information for user procedures and training materials
Provides functional support to technical team
Provide knowledge transfer to Corporate and Team Member Technology team members PeopleSoft HCM knowledge including HR, Time and Labor, and time integration to payroll. Scheduling software knowledge, HotSchedules experience a plus
