Job Description :

· Act as a vocal advocate for these processes.
· Demonstrate the ability to analyze the challenges facing software teams and providing the teams and the organization with an understanding of techniques for mitigating those challenges.
· Work across a large organization to partner with communities of practice in an effort to support consistent utilization of best practices
· Support the development, through coaching, of individuals, teams and leaders.
· Identification and remediation or escalation of trending impediment categories that impact the teams within the organization.
· Support team cohesiveness and enable the Scrum Master, Product Owner and other positions to effectively perform their roles.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· Strong negotiating skills.
· Broad knowledge of the financial services industry.
· Expert knowledge of the following IT project management practices and concepts
