Job Description
 

ABAP programmer will implement and migrate functionality currently on the company mainframe to SAP. As an ABAP Analyst/Developer the candidate will be involved in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of new and existing ABAP code, including but not limited to: Sales Order Entry, Pricing, Part Maintenance, Auto Order Entry, Order Completion, and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications. This position is onsite at the AMUSA Indiana Harbor (East Chicago, IN) location.

• SAP ABAP

• Programming experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SD, FICO, and MM

• Expert knowledge of RFC’s, BAPI’s, BADI’s, BDC’s, User Exits, Adobe Forms and enhancement points

• Strong hands-on experience writing outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs to/from Middleware (IBM Websphere is a plus) and flat files

• Expert in IDOC enhancements

• Experience in writing ABAP proxy code to accomplish interface requirements

• Experience in ALV reports

• Experience in FIORI, OData services and embedded analytics is a plus

• HANA 1511 or higher on-premise experience is a plus

• Upgrade experience is a plus
