* Strong analytical skills and the ability to determine how a proposed information system will integrate with the overall manufacturing process.

* Manufacturing industry experience, understanding of MES and WIP tracking concepts. EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
* Able to follow and create functional and technical specs.

* Good collaboration, written and oral communication skills.
