Job Description:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of increasingly responsible systems development experience on multiple platforms. Clearly demonstrated ability to: Effectively leads requirements gathering, design and development of complex systems; design and develop high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule, required.

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in the development environment commensurate with the assigned area of responsibility, required.

• Assume the role of subject matter expert for the Actimize solution (one or more modules) and its processes as well as multi-platform interfaces (become the “go to person”)

• The ability to independently and proactively research and resolve issues with Actimize modules and/or processes, system performance problems as well as recommend and implement streamlining processes.

• Act as Team Leader: directing project activities; facilitating communications with technical teams; liaising between business users, DBAs, internal technical staff, and vendors related to data required for compliance efforts.

• Monitor overall performance of the Actimize solutions and alert DBAs and System Administrators to take appropriate actions.

• Design/build/test/implement interfaces between Actimize modules and other MGI systems

• Act as the liaison between the business users and DBAs related to the data required for any compliance efforts

• Prior experience with Actimize solutions and toolset a strong preference

• Strong knowledge/expertise with Object Oriented concepts and best practices (req)

• Strong data-mining and/or data analysis background (req)

• Strong SQL/PL-SQL (req)

• Java coding with Web Services (req)

• Experience working in a package software environment (req)
