Project Details

Application Support: This project involves support of Enterprise Work Management, Asset Management & Supply Chain applications, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and working on enhancements as per the requirements. 

Job Roles/Responsibilities

- Provide trouble shooting, support to the applications for any issues
- Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes
- Understanding the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly
- Provide support and prepare technical documentation
