The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server testing experience. 

Any experience testing SSIS is a plus, however not required as database testing is definitely more important. 

Any application testing around .NET or SharePoint is also a strong plus, however not required. 

Must be able to develop and implement SQL Scripts, Stored Procedures, etc. TFS experience is a plus.
