Position: Security Analyst

Note: It’s really a CyberArk Engineer with PowerShell scripting experience. Don’t worry about the RSA.

Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the implementation and testing of the Identity and Access Management and User Provisioning solutions, processes, and procedures in accordance with Information Security’s direction for Identity Management (IDM).
 
Key Accountabilities

Assists in the implementation of solutions for user provisioning and identity management, to complete user requests and to meet SLO guidelines. 


Assists in the implementation, support and maintenance of systems in support of reduced sign-on, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, credential certification, access control, and self service security functionality.


Research, troubleshoot and resolve specific (tier 2) identity management issues and assist team members in resolving user’s problems and requests.


Assist team members and/or IT resourcing partners in processing and managing identity quality (e.g., eliminate inactive identities) by serving as subject matter experts, providing input and offering recommendations for
improvement.


Interface with corporate applications group and business units, as necessary.


Knowledge of security best practices, IAM technologies, and industry trends.


Assist in the development of identity and access management policies and procedures.


Assist in the Implementation of solutions which comply with information security policies and standards.
 
 
Skills and Experience Requirements  
Technical degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 2 years of Information Security experience
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management software.


The ability to assist in the development of process flows based on business systems and customer requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Hands-on technical experience required in one or more tools and/or areas:

Active Directory/LDAP, VPN, Oracle/SQL, UNIX, Siteminder, Exchange, SAP and Enterprise Portals, Cyber Ark, Radiant Logic, RSA).

Some programming experience in Java and ability to read code written in various languages. Have some experience in Powershell.

Demonstrate experience troubleshooting complex environmental issues.

Prior experience interfacing with customers and peer process development groups.

Enterprise level production support experience for a global organization is required.

Customer focus with strong communication skills

Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and run scripts in Oracle and MS SQL.

Capable of handling complex technical problems

Ability to adapt to technology change quickly

Prior experience with Identity Management solutions.

Prior experience with directory packages such as LDAP or Active Directory.

Demonstrates good communication skills, accuracy, dependability,

timeliness and completeness of assigned work.
