Salesforce Developer needed in Fort Lauderdale! 

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer for one of our direct clients in Fort  Lauderdale! This consultant will build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> and Power BI by pulling from various sources such as Access, SQL Server, Hyperion, and sales management systems. 

They will also receive and upload the sales production data into a centralized Enterprise Sales and Compensation Systems. They will be responsible to include the plan and system architecture creation which will  allow the Sales Effectiveness Team to receive and report on the sales productivity capacity and financial data globally across different business units. As well as, the creation of dashboards and reports as well as the data integrity and accuracy for the Enterprise Sales and Compensation Systems Knowledge: Power BI, Salesforce.com http://salesforce.com/>, and Data Analytics, using SQL VBA, Excel, and Access.

 

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Data Management and Business Intelligence using Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> analytics, and Power BI. 

• Experience with VBA and Access to develop automated processes to upload data into a standardized format. 

• Supports the Sales Effectiveness Team as well as supporting projects across the Enterprise. 

• Will be experienced in the process for creating data management and business intelligence as well as receiving and loading of data through various ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes 

• Able to solve high degree of complex data challenges for auditing and reporting purposes 

• Reports to the Sr. Operations Manager. 

• Ability to make decision that impacts how data is presented, structured and processed. 

• Ability to understand and translate Enterprise desired reporting requirements that can provide insightful decision-making capabilities for the business

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years working with data and analysis. 

• Creating operational processes regarding ETL 

• Travel Requirements: Up to 5%; Ability to travel to company locations
