Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferably computer science or software development At least 8 years of experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise application using IBM BPM
Should have worked on the latest version of IBMBPM software
3 years of experience in financial industry Experience in leading team and should have experience on design and code reviews
Must understand development process models waterfall, agile etc Must understand design patterns, have strong command
