Our client, a global investment bank, is looking for a Consultant who is a Business Analyst - Access Management for their NYC office. They are currently undertaking a large Cyber Security Program and Access Management is a key part of this program. They are currently building a solution to increase the granularity of their access reviews and implement a segregation of duties framework to identify and monitor potentially toxic combinations. This work will continue into 2018.

The Business Analyst will be working closely with the Identity Access Team to research, identify, advise and define & document processes in relation to toxic combinations as well as supporting the overall project delivery working closely alongside the Program Manager.

THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the process of moving from Access based reviews to Entitlement based reviews (more granular).

Supporting the team with process, run books, on-boarding documentation related to access recertification process.

Developing access profiles, SOD Matrix, and identifying toxic combinations.

Working with the international teams to capture requirements from the various regulators in particular MAS and SEC.

Gathering findings from internal and external audit to help shape requirements for the next phase of the project.

Working closely with the PM to deliver per schedule.

THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB:

5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience with business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation experience of configuring and integrating IAM into a financial services environment

Definition, assessment, and governance of process, procedures, and controls for identity and access management

Delivering IAM to meet compliance requirements

Proven experience on Identity Governance, and Segregation of Duties

Proven experience implementing and/or supporting large identity management projects with diverse departmental structures and geographically distributed workforce

Proven experience working with identity and access management tools, enterprise directory technology stack and related resource adapter sets

Ability to quickly digest client's internal information security policies & standards, authority/approval constructs related to identity and access management

Must have the ability to work closely with multi-cultural and globally distributed stakeholders to overcome resistance and effect change

Must have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, leading a small team/group and independently

Experience with Enterprise Access Management platform.

Design of corporate IS access request and governance policy and practices

Implementation of a company-wide IS certification, access request and on boarding program.

Design and development of application on boarding strategies.

Nice to Have: Experience in developing scripts to normalize and consume identity and access management related information from various internal (applications) and external vendors.

Nice to Have: Deployment and configuration of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle for numerous implementations encompassing modules such as Access Compliance Manager, Access Request, Business Roles, Access Fulfilment, and Data Access.

Nice to Have: Integration of wide range of technologies and data types into the RSA IGL suite.

Design and implementation strategies for complex provisioning use cases involving mixed data sources and networks
