Need an audit done of how we have Talend software set up and running
running into problems in how the data is processing
Someone who understands the design and see what version you all are using (upgrade if the data isn't processing)
Someone who is high level and big picture thinking 

- Last 6 months they were seeing a few things here and there but it's been really bad the last two months.
- Hoping the auditor would tell them what the problem is
- Floating around some of the ideas / speculate what the issue is
- According to the 3rd party that currently operates Talend for them, they believe the issues are how can they can optimize two jobs so they take less time. They do not know if the issue is to upgrade Talend or do some work on the backend that would optimize the jobs. Essentially though, the hiring manager is not confident she is getting the straight answer on what the issues are though...
- As of now Talend is not integrated into the Cloud
- Auditor will need specific ETL experience to Talend
